I have recently joined Dr. Will’s podcast, Dr. Will’s Neighborhood, as a regular guest who speaks from a therapist’s perspective.
I met Dr. Will Miller a few months ago when he joined the Board of Mental Health America. You may recognize him as a regular on The Bob and Tom Show. According to his website, “He is a recognized expert in the area of stress & coping, interpersonal relationships, organizational health and workplace culture. A therapist and teacher at Purdue University, he lectures at the schools of Organizational Leadership, Management and Mass Communication on the social environment of the workplace and the impact on productivity.”
It is quite exciting to discuss relevant therapy and mental health topics. To keep things interesting, you can submit a question (anonymously) and we may discuss it and give you an answer on an upcoming podcast.
Dr. Will describes his podcast as:
“Dr. Will’s Neighborhood is a daily podcast about wellness and well-being. Thinking about these terms in the broadest sense, the podcast will be an engaging, entertaining and educational conversation about what makes the human condition worth experiencing. The wellness movement refers to the universal desire for a good quality of life. This means attending to our personal physical health, our emotional well being and the stability of the environment that surrounds us. Our guests represent leaders and consumers who are concerned with well being and working in relevant areas of the health and wellness system. We have many to choose from, including scientists and scholars from Purdue and other leading academic institutions as well as leaders from around the world. But we also will be hearing from artists and other creative professionals who are part of Dr. Will’s world.”
