We all know that we should slow down and relax. If it were only as easy as it sounds!! The stress management program addresses: difficulty sleeping, frequent worry, generalized anxiety, anger management difficulties caused by stress, and relationship problems caused by stress.
Anger Management
My Anger Management program is evidenced based and has been shown to be effective for many clients. This program has both education (teaching anger management techniques) and therapy (finding the root of the anger and addressing it directly).
Relationships
The couples therapy and marriage counseling program focuses on the couple’s goals, such as developing a plan for communication, meeting each other’s needs, finding better ways to work though problems, and addressing financial and sexual issues.
